Sopa Conde (mild) ~ A classic cream of black bean soup.  Garnished with sour cream, cilantro & queso fresco.

Consommé Xochitl (mild or spicy) ~ Old family recipe. A simple mixture of chicken consommé with mixed vegetables, rice, avocado, chopped onions & cilantro. Garnished with limes.

Ensalada A Los Sarapes ~ Fresh mix of greens, mushrooms, and broccoli topped w/your choice of marinated& grilled strips of Chicken, Beef or Combo.  Garnishedw/pico d' gallo, guacamole and sour cream.  Poured with chipotle sauce as a grand finale.
