COCKTAIL DE CEVICHE ~

CONSOMMÉ XÓCHITL ~ (mild or spicy)
Old family recipe. A simple mixture of chicken consommé with vegetables, rice, avocado, chopped onions, and cilantro. Garnished with limes.
